High End Mobile Delivery LLC is a document and parcel courier serving the Greater Tampa Area. This policy applies to the clients who book our deliveries and to the drivers who work with us.

From clients who book: the name, phone number, and email address you give us, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and a description of the item to be delivered.

To document a delivery: a photo taken at drop-off, a recipient signature, and the GPS location and timestamp of the delivery.

From drivers: name, phone number, email address, and vehicle description, so we can assign and coordinate deliveries.

We use this information only to provide, schedule, document, and bill our courier service — and to send the operational text messages described below. We do not use it for advertising.

High End Mobile Delivery LLC sends operational text messages (SMS) to its own business owner and to its delivery drivers. Drivers receive a text when a delivery is assigned to them, containing the pickup and drop-off details, the time window, and a private link to view the job. The owner receives a text when a new delivery request is submitted. Recipients provide their mobile number directly to us and consent to these messages as part of their working relationship with the company.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate our own courier service.

Message frequency varies with the number of deliveries assigned and requests received. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To stop messages, reply STOP to any text at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at info@highendmobiledelivery.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to book or receive deliveries.

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to carry out a delivery — for example, presenting a document to the intended recipient — or with service providers who help us operate (such as our messaging and email providers), who may use it only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared for anyone’s marketing.

Proof-of-delivery records — the photo, signature, GPS location, and timestamp — are retained as evidence of the delivery and are available to the requesting client on request. Other records are kept as long as needed for our service, tax, and legal obligations.

Proof-of-delivery files are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Access to client and delivery records is limited to the business owner and the driver assigned to a given job. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by contacting us at the address below. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
