Terms & Service Policy

High End Mobile Delivery LLC is a document and parcel courier. We pick up and deliver documents and small packages across the Greater Tampa Area, and we document each delivery with a photo, a recipient signature, GPS location, and a timestamp.

You agree not to tender, and we do not knowingly accept: medical records or other protected health information, and medical or laboratory specimens; firearms, ammunition, or weapons; illegal items or controlled substances; hazardous, flammable, biological, or infectious materials; live animals; perishable items requiring temperature control; and cash or bearer instruments above $500.00. We transport legal and business documents and small packages only.

Checks, cashier’s checks, and drafts payable to a named party — as in closing and transaction packages — are accepted, subject to the value limits in the Limitation of Liability section below.

Clients needing medical-records or specimen transport should engage a medical courier that specializes in protected health information. If you tender a prohibited item without disclosure, you are responsible for any resulting loss, damage, fine, or claim, and we may refuse or stop the delivery. We do not inspect contents and rely on your accurate description at booking.

High End Mobile Delivery is a document and parcel courier. We do not serve legal process. Deliveries are made to a stated recipient or address for record and transport purposes only and do not constitute service of process under Florida law. Clients requiring service of process should engage a certified process server.

Prices are quoted from the driving distance between the pickup and drop-off addresses, at the base and per-mile rate for the speed you choose. The price shown when you book is your quote.

Wait time is billed separately: the first 15 minutes are free, then $0.75 per minute. Prices are confirmed at pickup. Routes outside our standard service area may adjust the final total, and we will confirm any such change before proceeding.

On completion, we capture a photo, a recipient signature, GPS location, and a timestamp. These records are retained and available to the requesting client on request.

We treat all materials we carry as confidential. Documents are transported directly and are not opened, copied, or shared beyond what is necessary to complete and document the delivery.

We handle every delivery with reasonable care. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, accidents, closures, acts of any government or court, or incorrect or incomplete information provided at booking.

Limit on the value of a delivery. Our total liability for any loss of, damage to, or delay of a delivery is limited to the greater of the delivery fee paid for that job or USD $100 — unless the client declares a higher value in writing before pickup and we expressly agree to it in writing, which may require an additional fee. This limit applies per delivery, regardless of the number of items.

No indirect or consequential damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, High End Mobile Delivery LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to any delivery — including, without limitation, missed filing or court deadlines, a dismissed, delayed, or adversely affected matter, lost profits or business, or amounts a client may owe to its own client or any third party — even if we were advised that such damages were possible. Responsibility for meeting any deadline, and for tendering documents to us with enough time to meet it, remains with the client.

Claims. Any claim relating to a delivery must be submitted to us in writing within 30 days of the delivery date. Failure to do so waives the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Florida law.

You represent that you are authorized to send the items you give us and that they comply with these terms and applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High End Mobile Delivery LLCfrom any claim, loss, fine, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the contents you tendered, an inaccurate description at booking, a prohibited item, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or a delivery shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
